We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.
1. Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition with tags attached.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return,
a. Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please upload the video.
b. Screenshot of the e-mail or dispute received including name, date and content. In other words, a customer has sent the complaint (Through PayPal Dispute or other Gateway, e-mail, etc.).
c. The products need to be returned to CJ if our Dispute Team asks for a return in Disputes.

3. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
4. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items in different sizes or colors, subject to availability.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as personalized products, intimate items, and perishable goods are not eligible for return.
